Key Differences between Forest Lake and Stillwater Q Comp

  • PLCS are not a part of Q Comp in Stillwater

  • All Forest Lake educators are required to participate in 3 coaching sessions/observations during the year; Stillwater educators are only required to have a principal walk-through (1 time or 3 times, depending on tenure standing)

Educators in Forest Lake do not participate in learning cohorts through Q Comp

Stillwater Area School District Q Comp Plan

  Day 3: November 25, 2022 Stillwater Area School District Q Comp Plan 4 Components: Individual goal setting New this year!  Each educator meets with their building instructional coach to develop an individual SMART goal. Learning cohorts/Professional development New this year! Each educator submitted a professional development interest survey in September.
